Non existent customer service

I need to cancel my fibre due to emigration in 3 weeks and am completely appalled at the lack of customer service. I cannot do it online and get directed to the WhatsApp help line where for nearly an hour now I have not been attended to. There is no email address available anywhere on the website and the only actual phone number is for Sales. The WhatsApp help line also does not list cancellation as one of the options.
