Non-existent customer care or customer service.

USELESS internet company and even worse customer service and support! I have not encountered such a useless, disengaged and uninterested customer service team / department. There is NO way to contact then via the actual phone.. no it's al text and WhatsApp.. to which they NEVER reply.. and all that stops at 6pm. So after that.. to bad.. And if you want to cancel... there is a penalty to leave a provider who does not provide.. what a joke!!!!
