Non-Existent Billing Department

Does Webafrica actually staff it's Billing Department? I've been trying to speak/email someone in billing to sort out an over-charge for items purchased online, but still no response. I've phoned their sales department but each time they try and transfer my call to billing, they cut me off OR reassure me that someone will call me back - I've been waiting over a week now for someone to get back to me for a simple query! I'm currently waiting on the Whatsapp Chat for Billing - I've been waiting 5 hours today! Too frustrating!
