Non existence service

I really don't understand why they say they have Customer Service as that is non existent. My payment was incorrectly allocated to an address I did not know off, that was logged to be reallocated they say its a 3 months process, ridiculous turnaround time by the way. I decided to cancel that log and ask that i get a refund I must also wait for 3 months again to get my money back. Decide to pay another R399 so i can get reconnected, only because I use it for work and studies. That was done on 20 Mar meaning its a month until 20 April. I then get another debit of R144.29 on 1 April so they just like taking peoples money but service delivery and customer service dololo.

Am up to my stomach with their service, Im ready to move on, taking all my friends and family with me🤞🏾

FYI the so called whatsapp line is a mess and useless 90% of the time
