non existant service

Absolute dismal & non existant support service!! The sales are always quick to answer but it like their support doesnt even exist!! I am a new client & to say i am fkn ****ed is an understatement... R150 airtime & 4hrs on hold & still not 1 person has answered. 3hrs on whatsapp & not a single contact has rep****! All I want is my line activated!!!!! This company is an absolute joke & I am in my mimd to just cancel my order & use a better ISP with actual customer support!!
