Non existant customer service

We have had no internet (fibre) the entire day & have lost income as a result. Webafrica does not answer their phone even though I held the line for 40 mins! The whatsapp line is just as useless, waited an hour & a half & still no agent. My fault ref number is 128BNK301221, can't receive a progress report as the whatsapp line says ref no does not exist? If you can't get hold of anyone, how are you meant to resolve the issue??
