No Wifi

Hi, urgently looking for help.

We have Wi-Fi with the above provider.

Our Wi-Fi ran out on 27/10/21. They only have 1 number, which is a sales number. The put you through to technical support, but no one ever answers.

They then refer you to the whatsapp business line. They simply do not answer. There is just no way to reach them. Emails they also do not answer.

I logged into the system, and they said there is an outstanding amount. I did pay, but still no Wi-Fi. Also, according to my debit order, all amounts was paid.

We have had numerous problems with them over the years. There is just now way to reach them. Out business is dependent on internet connection, and currently we have none.
