No wifi but paying ,yet no ETA on repairs after 2 days of repairing

After 2 days with no wifi and still no ETA ,you guys are a licensed service provider and say there is a major outage ,what are we the customers supposed to do when you dont even know when it will be resorted or have an idea as to what causing it .We paying for a service you not providing whilest we have to buy data for the days we have to go without wifi?Who is going to reimburse us???This is just pathetic service no matter how you try to defend your company .

If it is a major iutafe why do I have to keep contactibg you to find out what wrong and all we get as feed back that repair are ubderway,how do you repair what you have not idebtified as a problem,come month end you will bill us for a full months service.Dit is redig net ***! N your poor helpless agents on whatsaap have to deal with our frustration as customers and dont even know whats wrong with your FNO's!!!
