No way you cancel, so do not use them

I am canceling due to unstable and slow speed. I sent them termination notification on 6th Aug but they rep**** only 2 weeks later which is today telling me I should follow specific route to cancel which dose not make sense. By the way, I followed that route to cancel but the botto to click to cancel dose not works. Now what? No way out from ****ty service ???
