No way to speak to a human for support

I am having trouble with my internet connection and there is no way to get hold of technical support.

The WhatsApp number is just a bot, with no option to ever talk to a consultant, the phone number (which I had to spend 10min trying to find) is only for sales not technical support, and the live chat doesn't work because it doesn't send you the one time pin.

What is the point? I am really tempted to change even though I have been with them for more than a decade. This is nonsense.
