On WhatsApp the following agents were connected to my chat: Victor, Lwandisiwe, Grant/Gerald, Shimani, Janine Warren, who left me waiting 2 hours for Winchesro, Redirected back to Janine.

They were fined R30 000 during this week for both having no valid contact details besides WhatsApp and for blurry cancellation processes. Do not let them rip you off!!
