No urgency

So my router burst on Sunday webafrica support was not available fault was logged yesterday they say it will take 3 days just for a router to be replaced which they wanted me to pay but when signing up was told it's insured but have been with them for 4years if not longer and I have a 100mbps line doesn't even reach half the speed
