NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE ANYMORE

Have been with webafrica for many years but today had a shocking experience trying to resolve a line that is down. There is no telephone assistance anymore - you have to deal with a person over whatsapp chat. This is totally impersonal / very frustrating and i will not be subjected to this frustration again! Today i made a decision to move both properties. Don't need this aggrevation thank you.
