No techinical Support & No Accounts Support, do not know how this company stays in business

It has now been over a month since we received shocking service/support from WEBAFRICA & now it continues, they have now billed us R1.9k & our normal bill is R580.00 its on a debit order so you cannot do anything about stopping the payment. I asked for a credit a month ago & only got a part credit, I have called them & sent whatsapp & no response at all, so not just the lack of technical support no support fromteh billing department either
