No tech support or help at Webafrica

My internet has been off for 4 days now and I have been battling to get any technical support from webafrica. I have only had their service from late last year and this is the third time my internet has been of for extended periods of time with me trying to get any form of technical support from them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their service especially technical support is pathetic.
