NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER

I'm so sad I signed up with Web Africa. It is impossible to get support. They don't answer their phones. After almost half an hour of trying I sent an SMS and WhatsApp. Someone phoned from such a bad line that she had to end the call. She could her me but I couldn't hear her. I was put back into the cue and no one answered again. I would love some support. I have only been with them two weeks. I am already regretting it.
