No support what so ever

Just a warning to people, do not use Webafrica if you have any expectation of being able to contact someone for assistance. We have a large spend with them and cannot get any support. Tickets are automatically closed when you mail in and there phones are never answered. There whatsapp help is about as efficient and you have zero chance of having a direct conversation on the phone with a person.
