No support team

Does Webafrica even have a support team? Our network has been out since last night, logged a call and never heard back from them (typical). Then just get a message saying that it has been resolved, but still not having any internet access. WhatsApp chat just suddenly doesn't work and not giving me any menu options, live chat doesn't connect to anyone.
