NO Support or After Sales Service at all

I order a Fiber Line and installation was not done yet. Also did not receive an modem and they invoice me already. The service show active but no installation was done yet and no fiber line to my house. I must pay for something I don't have.

I go to their WhatsApp Support and it take an Hour and a half before getting any help. Problem still not sorted. Phone support is useless and I was on the phone for 2 tot 3 hours and still get no 1 to help me. Just music and some irritating voice.

Its really BAD & FRUSTRATING to get support or to sort out a problem......
