No support on WhatsApp as promised

Really bad support, I literally just got my line on through them, an hour later I'm offline no outages in my area and literally a robot to assist me. No one to speak to, can't get hold of support so much for what'sapp assistance until 9pm as per advertised.

Really disappointed moving to another ISP and I'm still down and still waiting for what'sapp support it's been an hour.. Very frustrating
