No support, no real communication from Webafrica

Been trying all day to reach support. Just nithing. Created a ticket (ID: ***), sent various messages. Without internet all day long. Not a word from them. Now, more than ever before we need stable connections at home for work. They advertise weekend support which was an important consideration when I signed up.Terrible service to say the least - don't even consider using them.
