No support from Webafrica - Voip set up

I am struggling to make calls on my Voip phone supp**** and installed by Webafrica. When I try to make a call the phone asks for an activation code. I enter the code supp**** by Webafrica and then the phone says looking for base. Can someone from Webafric walk me through the process to get it activated so that I can call. When I dial any number it says invalid number. Webafrica are not responding to logged tickets, phone calls, WhatsApp help they just let you hold on and never assist. Empty promises of help for over a month now? Why am I paying for a service that just does not work - it has been months that its been a problem.
