No support from Webafrica

I recently signed up with Webafrica. Their sales team is extremely efficient in signing you up BUT boy don't pick up a snag because the support team is not capable of sorting it out. I have explained and explained via email, whatspp and many phone calls , everyone listens and says you will be helped or they will get back to you BUT NOTHING..NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU AND DEFINITELY NO RESOLVING OF THE PROBLEM !!
