No support from Webafrica

Webafrica support is nonexistent. I spent the entire day trying to be connected to a live chat and being directed around in circles by the chatbot. Phone support requires one to hold on for hours without reaching a person. Surely there is a more effective way of logging a fault? After more than a day the fault has still not been logged.
