No Support Desk

In the past, one could send an email to support at WebAfrica. No more. It's WhatsApp only and if the WhatsApp bot doesn't answer you have no support. According to emails, the bot is available from Mon-Fri: 7am-9pm.

However, it was down way before 21:00. So WebAfrica has no WhatsApp or Bot. How do I get hold of your support?
