No support assistance on an ongoing issue with internet speed

I have been a customer for many years but I am very disgusted in the support I am getting now, I have also checked on Hello peter and see the same thing with regards to the support, no service, no assistance with internet issue etc... As I am not getting anything close to the 10Mbps speed I am paying for I have now downgraded my package due to this. I have now also sent a separate ticket to cancel my fibre pre - order with web africa as I cannot accept this type of support.
