No support answer!!!
My internet is down and all I want to know is why, I was on hold for 20 dam minutes with no answer, I even attempted their stupid bot on the website but it's just as useless and their turnaround time is 48 hours!!
Pick up your dam phones!!!!!!! What is the point of having a support number in the 1st place!?
