No support

If you like to have support, don't choose Webafrica. I have been with them for years and every year support just gets worse, even with whatapp technology. My line has been cut by openserve 3 times this week whereby two occations I could intervene while at home. I have emailed where email just get closed with support, I have phoned die to slow line without support. I have whatsapp ed many times and just no response. How do you conduct business in this new world and how are my kids suppose to do school without internet. I can accept problems to happen sometimes, but be on the ball and sort it out. 5 years ago they were amazing, now I would like to pull my hair out of frustration never getting hold or support from anyone. Time for a change, goodbye webafrica.
