no show service, still looking for the service

What a biggest load of bull company was planning on getting webafrica fiber for myself but after dealing with them through a friend trying to sort out there emails and not getting through to customer support, and when you do you get put on hold and then get cut off and dont get called back as you have given the agent all your details. They are clients that has have had webafrica since 2006 and wanted to upgrade to webafrica business fiber now. I have recommended to then to cancel there current package to get a different service provider as there service is unacceptable for the size of webafrica as a business. As webafrica is causing you down time and money.

And they should never be used as a service provider again.
