No service,no follow ups,no refunds

I can't believe it's taken more than 2 months to get a SIM card service with you guys.ive had the unfortunate experience of having to chat to your agents and firstly,I had to go around in circles to get you guys documents to Rica my SIM and you rejected my documents,multiple times,even after telling me to email them directly,no notice,no follow ups,and 2 of your agents messed up refunds for the same service,giving us different timeframes for a refund,after years of service with you this left a *** taste in my mouth.
