No service, worthless

I have had the worst service with webafrica. Or shall i call it no service at all. My internet is down. There is no contact details other than the useless whatsapp line where no one helps you. Yet we pay for this service. I have been with them for years but now I am ready to end this and look for an ISP that is actually worth it.
