no service whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been waiting for installation since march 22nd. i have made the payment. everytime i make contact i confirm the address for installation and everytime i am told they have a different address, i then change the address, just to do it all over again the next day. still today no one can tell me when installation will take place.
