No service whatsoever

Its been three weeks since i have been trying to get my connection from web africa. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get hold of them and theres no one to pick up the phone or i just get transfered to a line that does not get picked up. The whatsup line is not much help either. I wait hours before someone responds and when they do and realise they are not able to get back to me the just close the call with a promise that it is being sorted out. I have been on the line for over 30 minutes now as i am trying to get my refund and move to another service provider. No responce at all.

I am really frustrated as this now means i spent much more on data on a daily basis and a lot more on calls trying to resolve this.
