No service whatsoever

WebAfrica now only have a bot that says that it is going to link you on chat to a service agent that is going to help you. I have been trying to get through to a service agent for 2 days and the last message was the final straw. "Hi there Roy Mcgrath, thank you for getting in touch with Webafrica. You already have a pending callback with us. Please be patient as we will connect you to an agent as soon as possible." This is the response that I get after waiting for them for nearly 24 hours. There service is absolutely shocking and I will be moving my business from them. I would not recommend them to anybody - even my worst enemy!! I cannot send emails to gmail addresses and my wife's email has been blocked and is non-functional.
