No service: Webafrica

We're battling a since last week to speak to the technical support team. Today,I drove from Strand to Century City,tried to locate Webafrica. You've to speak to an agent .They tell you to send a message/ whatsapp to ***. No joy,...no reply yet. We,as a business, is already a week without wifi!!!!
