No Service, Unauthorized Debits. WebAfrica operate more like a **** than a Business

Complete service failure from WebAfrica. For any users wanting to sign up with WebAfrica, be aware that they will debit your account multiple times for charges you did not agree to. Above that, they will make you wait over 3 weeks to do an installation (not that they have even installed anything).

I signed up for Fiber through WebAfrica on the 18th of August. It is now the 8th of September and no installation has been and no indication when it will be done after countless of times asking them to escalate the request. On top of that they state activation fee is a once off charge yet they debited my account twice for this fee.

Based on my experience, stay far away from WebAfrica and Openserve for hassle free fiber.
