NO SERVICE SINCE MAY AND REQUEST IMMEDIATE CANCELLIATION OF YOUR WIFI

I am writing to express my concern regarding the continued lack of service and communication. I initially requested cancellation of my service in mid-June, and to date, I have received no acknowledgment or follow-up. My service has been inactive for over a month, and all attempts to contact your support channels via WhatsApp and phone have gone unanswered.

Please consider this a final request to process the cancellation immediately and confirm in writing that this has been actioned. If no resolution is provided today, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further.
