No service rendered, i want my money back!

I have had fibre installed with Web Africa for almost a year now, an it has only worked for 2 months at most. I have been sent from pillar to post trying to cancel this and to date I have had no help. Please can you cancel this subscription AND refund me all the debits you took from my account while not rendering the service you were meant to. The customer service is atrocious to say the least and I have simply been paying for no service at all. i want my miney back and I want you to cancel this subscription immediately please!
