No service, no support!

Terrible service, would nit recommend.

I have both my line and my data managd by WebAfrica. Not only has my internet been offline last week, when they finally managed to get it reconnected it's not even HALF of the speed I'm paying for.

Wgen I speak to the call center agents - which takes half an hour to reach - they cannot even assist because their servers are down or ther support software is rebooting or some other excuse.

I'm looking at other service providers because they are quick to debit money, but nobody wants to wriye credit notes when they don't manage to provide a very expensive service.

Terribly disappointed, going to cancel.
