NO SERVICE, NO SLA, NO CALL, just BS

Lets have a chat bot on whatsapp.. lets help streamline clients by letting them chat to agents live!! well your system and staff are joke!! i follow your process and your procedures to move my line, you tell me its 7 days SLA, im on day 9 and your team is a f.....ing joke im repeating my issues constantly and still no help. get my services up. VUMATEL has surpassed their escalation, WEBAFRICA's 48 hour escalation time frame is also Bull****! ive escalated 3 times now and still no call , still no service, and the same bull**** excuses from your agents.. i have your scripts down so well you could offer me a job in your call centre to waste clients time aswell.
