No service no internet for 5 days already. Don't get internet from web Africa!!

I have not had internet for 5 days now. Every day I communicate with them on wassup with no assistance from a bit to a human. They even sent a tech to my house yet still nothing. They even billed me over R500 for the tech to test the line. All financials is in order. They are arrogant and don't believe in customer services as I can see all other reviews is all the same. Think I will be cancelling their service and try another service provider. Poorest customer service I have ever had.
