NO SERVICE NO ASSISTANCE NO HELP - SHOCKING!!!!!!

on our second week and no assistance. No Manager will even answer the calls.

A simple request to move our system to our new house.

We call everyday and get transferred to agents who tell us different things constantly.

So unprofessional that no one not even a manager of the business can assist a loyal client!!!!!
