No service from Webafrica Vuma

I have recently paid subscription for Webafrica Vuma fibre connection in Mabopane, it was going well and installation was done, when I was suppose to be connected I was told that there is no infrastructure to connect me, everyday I am being told that contractors will come and put the infrastructure and nothing is happening, I tried to call webafrica and I was on hold for more than 30 minutes without any reply I now don't know what to do as I have cancelled an internet provider hoping to have fibre connected. I work from home and now I am frustrated as I dont know how to proceed with this service provider
