NO SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA

I have send numerous tickets about VOIP line that was unclear and full of disturbances - i was promised assistance from WEBAFRICA critical care investigations 3 weeks ago. To date nobody bothered to help me. In the meantime my telephone line died completely - I phoned and spoken to a consultant who promised me a phone call back after consulting once again with CRITICAL CARE INVESTIGATIONS. NO CUSTOMER CARE AT WEBAFRICA - NO SERVICE AT WEBAFRICA
