No service from Webafrica and Vumatel

My son place an order for a fibre connection at ny address in Florida Roodepoort. I lock a complaint with Webafrica that I do not have a ONT Fibre Box I was told that the will contact Vumatel to install the ONT Fibre box, that was 14 January 2022, I wait the Saturday and this week, nothing happened My son told me tha the courier money for the router and this month payment was seducted This morning I log a nother complaint and was told.... Sorry, I was not able to find any available products for that address. How long must I wait after Webafrica got there money
