No service from Webafrica

Use to be good, but this company has gone down the drain. Received my LTE SIM, and despite spending more than 2 weeks, everyday, 8hrs a day on the line with customer service to have my sim activated, it has never been activated. Always just a promise that it would be activated within 24hrs, which never happened. Their customer service takes hours to get hold off. I had to finally cancel without ever receiving any service, despite paying. Waste of money, time and effort!
