NO SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA

We are NOT happy with Webafrica. We have a fibre line through them with Metrofibre and the lack of service we have received is not acceptable. We have had no internet at all for 3 days, and they cannot tell us what the issue is, there has been no technician to fix the problem, and there is no communication or update on the fault.
