No service from Webafrica

I have been not had internet connection since Friday morning, we have been contacting Webafrica who told us someone from Vumatel needs to communicate with them to tell them what the problem is and its Monday today still nothing from anybody,we are the ones following up everyday to check what is going on and we not getting any positive feedback, I can't work as I don't have an internet connection as we speak and must buy data while I am paying for Fibre.
