No service from them

I have been with Web Africa for many years, their service is not good. I work from home and the Internet is up an down. You can't speak to anyone and when you talk to Willie the Bot you eventually get through to a consultant. They try to help and then they log an issue which i thought was Vumatel and then today i spoke to an agent again and they said that the fault was closed with no feedback to me. I am looking for a way to cancel my service and there is no way as when I try to log on to their site they need my mothers ****en name - Willie the Bot cant help and you can't speak to anyone. So I am now going to cancel my debit order.
