No service for almost 1 montb

About a month ago I moved into my new place. I brought my router from the old place to the new place and a new fibre box was installed into the new place. For the entire month the fibre box has had no service. I have logged numerous faults and no attempt has been made to fix this issue. Yet my debt order has still gone off and I have had to purchase about R600 worth of Telkom data so far to sustain my usuage. Terrible service
